Qualifications

* BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
* Preferably a minimum of 2 years sales experience in Human Resources and Payroll
* Possessing work group spirit
* Self-motivated with positive attitude and goals oriented
* Highly developed negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Ability to persuade and influence at all levels

Responsibilities

* Responsible for sales promotion and secure additional business
* Establish marketing strategies to improve sales process
* Run demos, prepare and send quotations
* Submit weekly call plans and weekly reports to the department manager
* Develop customer base as per the company targets
* Develop sound public and customer relations

Technical and Business Consultants

Qualifications

* BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
* Preferably minimum of 2 years experience Software Development and/or System Design using Oracle database and tools

* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

* Analyze customers requirements
* Customize existing modules and/or develop new ones
* Test and debug programs
* Assist in resolving client issues as requested
* Effective communication with users
* Conduct proper training sessions

Qualifications

* Anticiate and resolve client issues as requested
* Create project plans and discuss it with higher management and clients
* Day to day management of the projects implementation and monitoring of progress
